Our MOQ varies by product line and grade:

• Lab samples: 100 g - 1 kg (free of charge for qualified buyers, freight at cost)
• Trial orders: 25 kg - 50 kg per grade
• Standard commercial orders: 200 kg - 1,000 kg depending on product line
• Bulk / container orders: No upper limit; volume pricing available from 5 MT+

For custom blends or specialty grades, MOQs are agreed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our sales team to confirm the MOQ for your specific product of interest.

Both manufacturing facilities operate under ISO 9001 quality management systems. Per shipment, we issue a complete documentation package:

• CoA -- Batch-specific physical and chemical parameters
• SDS / GHS -- Multi-language safety data sheets
• TDS -- Full technical data sheets with application guidelines
• INCI Declarations -- CTFA-aligned nomenclature per product
• SVHC / REACH Declarations -- Explicit D4/D5/D6 cyclic siloxane content statements
• Heavy Metal & Microbial Testing -- 9-item panel (4 heavy metals + 5 microbial indicators)
• China NMPA Filing Support -- Official submission codes, safety assessment data, purity documentation aligned with GB standards

All raw materials are traceable to batch level. Additional documentation (e.g., country-of-origin certificates, customs declarations) is available on request.

• Lab samples: Dispatched within 3-5 business days via express courier (DHL / FedEx)
• Stock items (standard grades): 7-14 business days ex-works Nanjing
• Made-to-order / specialty grades: 3-6 weeks depending on complexity and volume
• Container shipments: Lead time confirmed at time of order; typically 4-8 weeks including production and logistics

We ship globally via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier. Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) are negotiable. Our logistics team can coordinate with your preferred freight forwarder.

Our Cyclic-Free portfolio consists of linear dimethicone alternatives spanning 0.65 cSt to 2 cSt--the volatility range most commonly replaced in sun care, color cosmetics, and skin care formulations.
