Silicone Emulsifiers

Manta silicone emulsifiers are developed for Water-in-Oil and Water-in-Silicone personal care formulations. The range includes PEG-modified and alkyl-modified silicone emulsifiers with compatibility across silicone fluids, organic oils, esters, pigments and sunscreen filters. These products are used in liquid foundations, cushion formulations, BB and CC creams, sunscreens, skin care creams and high-water-content emulsions. They support stable emulsification, pigment dispersion, smooth spreading and a light, non-sticky after-feel. The appropriate emulsifier should be selected according to the oil phase composition, water content, electrolyte level, processing method and required viscosity of the finished formulation.
