Manta W341 Water-soluble Silicone Wax

Manta W341 is a cosmetic-grade, oil-soluble silicone fluid. It is an alkyl-modified silicone that bridges the gap between silicones and organic oils.

Unlike traditional volatile silicones, Manta W341 is non-volatile and provides excellent substantivity (adhesion) to the skin and hair. It forms a breathable protective film that enhances gloss and locks in moisture. It offers a unique sensory profile: rich, oily, yet soft and silky, making it ideal for formulations requiring long-lasting moisturization and emolliency.

How to use

Processing:

Add Manta W341 into the oil phase;

It can be used as the primary oil in the formulation or blended with other oils/esters;

Mix well with other oil-phase ingredients.

Recommended Dosage:

1.0% – 10.0% depending on the desired richness and gloss.

Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production. This product is non-hazardous product.
