Product Description
Manta W341 is a cosmetic-grade, oil-soluble silicone wax. It is an alkyl-modified silicone that bridges the gap between silicones and organic oils.
Unlike traditional volatile silicones, Manta W341 is non-volatile and provides excellent substantivity (adhesion) to the skin and hair. It forms a breathable protective film that enhances gloss and locks in moisture. It offers a unique sensory profile: rich, oily, yet soft and silky, making it ideal for formulations requiring long-lasting moisturization and emolliency.
- Sensory Experience: Provides a soft, silky, and rich oily feel (lubricious) without being heavy;
- Film-Forming & Gloss: Forms a protective film on the skin/hair surface, significantly improving brightness and gloss;
- Moisturizing: Excellent occlusion properties help reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL);
- Adhesion: Good substantivity; stays on the skin and hair well (Good skin adhesion);
- Solubility: Oil-soluble; compatible with many organic oils and silicones.
Application Details
- It can be used as the primary oil in the formulation or blended with other oils/esters;
- Mix well with other oil-phase ingredients.
- 1.0% – 10.0% depending on the desired richness and gloss.
- Skin Care: Moisturizing creams, lotions, and body butters (especially for dry skin);
- Color Cosmetics: Lipsticks and lip glosses (improves shine and glide), Foundations (improves adhesion);
- Hair Care: Hair serums, conditioners, and hair oils (provides shine and manageability);

Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production. This product is non-hazardous product.
