Manta G700B Silicone Elastomer Gel

Manta G700B is a high-solids silicone elastomer paste, consisting of a cross-linked Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer swollen in a non-volatile low-viscosity Dimethicone fluid.

Unlike traditional elastomer blends that rely on volatile cyclic silicones (D5), Manta G700B provides a persistent, substantive sensory profile. It does not evaporate rapidly, ensuring a long-lasting cushion effect and a rich, velvety softness. It functions as a premium sensory modifier and optical blurring agent, filling in fine lines while creating a breathable, moisturizing barrier on the skin.

Manta G700B is ideal for personal care products, including:

4. Body Care: Antiperspirants and deodorants (improves application glide and reduces tackiness).

How to use

Processing: When formulating emulsions (creams or lotions), it can be added directly to the oil phase and heated if necessary.

Dispersion: High-shear mixing or homogenization is strongly recommended to ensure complete and uniform dispersion.

Post-Addition: It can also be post-added to pre-formed emulsions, provided adequate high-shear mixing is applied to ensure even distribution.

Recommended Dosage: 1.0% – 30.0% of the total formulation, depending on the desired viscosity and sensory profile.

Safety and Storage

Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production.
